What is a Hard Anodised cookware?
Hard Anodising is a partly electrical and
partly chemical process, which combines
oxygen from electrolyte and aluminium from
the subtract to form an extremely stable
compound. Hard anodised change the surface
of aluminium to make it harder than stainless
steel.
Is Hard anodised
pan, a non-stick pan?
Hard anodised is an integral part of metal,
built up molecule by molecule to a thickness
Of more than 50 microns, under very carefully
controlled conditions through electrolysis.
Although the surface is non-stick it nevertheless
has same non-stick properties. (Due to its
glossy finish) Please Note - The product
is not non-stick. It requires certain quantity
of oil and careful control of temperature
to prevent sticking.

but it is not recommended to store food
in it.

- Never
leave empty pan on gas flame.
- Keep
temperature in control, avoid over-heating
of pan.
- Do
not chop or cut food in the pan.
- Clean
the pan with liquid soap and plastic scrubber.
- Do
not clean in dishwashing machine.
- Do
not use the pan for storing food.
- Follow
use and care instruction, to ensure good
life of pan.
