The product is not non-stick. It requires a certain quantity of oil and careful control of temperature to prevent sticking. This product heats quickly and retains heat well. Keep temperature in control and avoid burning of food with excessive heat. Always clean the pan thourougly after each use with hot soap water and a plastic scrubber. It is not recommended to clean the pan in dishwashing machine. Do not chop or cut food in pan, never use it for storing food. Never leave empty pan on gas flame.     TOP
