of pan is easier.
What is a Nirlep non-stick

Nirlep pans are
coated with PTFE (Poly Tetra
Fluio Ethelone), the slipperiest
material known. PTFE is so smooth,
that nothing sticks to it. Nirlep
pans are made with a unique
process that brings about strong
mechanical bonding between the
PTEF layer and aluminium. At
every step of manufacturing
of a NIRLEP pan, strict quality
control tests are performed
to give its customers the very
best.

Nirlep non-stick products.
Seasoning

ensures that the pan is totally

warm, soapy water. Rinse and
dry. Heat on low flame for 30
seconds. Smear a tablespoon
of cooking oil with soft cloth
on non-stick surface. Again
wash the pan. Rinse and dry.
Give us some key points of
care for non-stick products?
- Do
not leave empty pan on hot burner
or allow pan to boil dry.
- For
long term non-stick performance,
wood or plastic utensils are
recommended. Do not cut in pan
or stir with sharp utensils.
- Clean
the pan thoroughly after use,
using liquid soap. Cleaning
powder and hard soap bars are
not recommended. Also, avoid
use of dishwasher.
- Storing
of food in pans is not recommended.
- Avoid
using high flame.
- Use
oil sparingly, this avoids food
build - up.
What is the method of removing
white film (caused by minerals
from water)
If
spotted white film appears (caused
by minerals from water), clean
it with sponge dipped in lemon
juice or vinegar.
It is said Nirlep pan saves
fuel and oil. How?
Please
note that Nirlep pans are made
of high-grade aluminium alloy,
and the pans conduct heat very
fast and distribute it uniformly.
A saving of up to 25 % in fuel
expenses. Similarly, as in a
normal pan oil is used prevent
food from sticking to pan surface,
there is a saving of oil up
to 40 %.
How dose a food build up
occur in pans and what care
should be taken to avoid it.
Food
particles entrapped in pinholes
of coating burn in subsequent
use. New food particles stick
to these burnt food particles
and form a stain. Further sticking
and burning of food particles
in subsequent use form a thick
layer of burnt food, which is
called food build -up. Food
build-up is usually near outer
edges of pan. To avoid staining
and food build up.
- Wipe
Nirlep clean with soft cotton
cloth during use whenever possible
and definitely after every use.
- Use
oil sparingly, this avoids food
build -up.
- Should
staining occur after a few uses,
it could be removed by following
method. Half fill the utensil
with water, add a table -spoon
of bleaching powder and vinegar
Heat slowly to boil for 5 to
10 minutes. Rub the stains with
wooden spatula only. Remove
from heat. Wash with soap water.
Rinse and dry.
