Wash pan thoroughly with soapy water, rinse, and dry. Now your NIRLEP is ready for use.

NIRLEP pans should never be heated empty. This will damage the coating.
Nirlep pans conduct heat very fast and distribute it uniformly. Thus high flame is not necessary. Low or medium flame produces best results.
Always use low or medium heat, conserve precious fuel.

Do not use sharp utensils like knife on NIRLEP coating. Although plastic/wooden spatulas are safest, Metal spoons with smooth edges, may be used with care and light pressure. remember non-stick coating is scratch resistant and not scratch-proof.

Wipe use of excess ghee oil Smear oil or ghee on NIRLEP surface with a piece of cloth. Do not pour excess oil or ghee on Dosa, omlette and such other recipes.

Should staining occur after a few uses, it could be removed by following method: Half fill the utensil with water, add a tablespoon of bleaching powder and vinegar. Heat slowly to boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Rub the stains with wooden spatula only. Remove from heat. Wash with soap water. Rinse and dry. Season the pan again as instructed earlier before use.
