seasoning
Wash pan thorougly with soapy water,
rinse, and dry. Heat pan on low
flame for 30 seconds and pour one
tablespoon of cooking oil. Smear
it on the entire surface with paper/soft
cloth |

rinse, and dry. Now your NIRLEP
is ready for use. |

NIRLEP
pans should never be heated empty.
This will damage the coating.
Nirlep pans conduct heat very fast
and distribute it uniformly. Thus
high flame is not necessary. Low
or medium flame produces best results.
Always use low or medium heat,
conserve precious fuel. |

Do
not use sharp utensils like knife
on NIRLEP
coating. Although plastic/wooden
spatulas are safest, Metal spoons
with smooth edges, may be used with
care and light pressure. remember
non-stick coating is scratch resistant
and not scratch-proof. |

Wipe
use of excess ghee oil Smear oil
or ghee on NIRLEP
surface with a piece of cloth. Do
not pour excess oil or ghee on Dosa,
omlette and such other recipes. |

Should
staining occur after a few uses,
it could be removed by following
method: Half fill the utensil with
water, add a tablespoon of bleaching
powder and vinegar. Heat slowly
to boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Rub
the stains with wooden spatula only.
Remove from heat. Wash with soap
water. Rinse and dry. Season the
pan again as instructed earlier
before use. |
