The manufacturers guarantee that, they will replace pan free of charge, if found defective due to manufacturing defects within the specified period of the given product.

This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or alterations to the product. Handles and Knobs are not covered under guarantee. For easy & fast replacement / repair, please return the damaged pan to the nearest authorised dealer / stokist / company accompanied by the guarantee card, original cash memo and a written complaint giving the nature of defects. The manufacturers decision shall be final on repair or replacement, and binding on sender.
